To help make your first visit to our practice as smooth as possible, please read the information on this web page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office(s), practice hours, payment policies and more. We also describe our first visit procedures. And, you can save some time by printing out and completing the new patient forms in advance of your appointment.

What to expect

• Chiropractic
  On your first visit after filling out any necessary paperwork, you will meet with one of our doctors of chiropractic to discuss your case. If your doctor decides, after a complete consultation, that yours may be a Chiropractic case, you will receive a thorough examination. Your doctor may also decide to perform x-rays which will be done on-site. You will be told upfront of any financial responsibility you may have that day. Please allow for approximately 45-60 minutes. To save a few minutes print the forms on this page and bring them filled out on your first visit.
• Massage
  On your first visit after filling out any necessary paperwork, your massage therapist will discuss any specific areas you would like to concentrate on. Your comfort and safety is our first concern. Your massage therapist will ask for feedback on the type of pressure they are using. You will be told upfront of any financial responsibility you may have that day.
• Acupuncture
  On your first visit after filling out any necessary paperwork, you will meet with on of our doctors of chiropractic to discuss your case. If your doctor decides, after a complete consultation, that yours may be an acupuncture case, you will receive a thorough examination. You will be told upfront of any financial responsibility you may have that day. Please allow for approximately 60-90 minutes. • Zyto Computerized Nutritional Testing
  On your first visit after filling out any necessary paperwork, your doctor of chiropractic will discuss any specific areas you would like to concentrate on. The scan is painless and involves a hand cradle scan for approximately 1-2 minutes. You will be told upfront of any financial responsibility you may have that day Please allow for approximately 45-60 minutes.
