You can join us at the Newark office the last Tuesday of every month at 5:00pm for a informative workshop at the Newark office. With that in mind, the Doctors at the Mantonya Chiropractic Centers are specifically trained in helping patients and their families develop an exercise routine that's right for you. Whether you are trying to prevent back injuries, want to improve your fitness or are you trying to lose weight our doctors can make a plan that is right for you.

At The Mantonya Fitness Area we realize that time is a factor for many people. Did you know that you can get a full workout in only 30 minutes? We have the latest in hydraulic equipment that lets you get a whole workout in only 30 minutes. The doctors and staff will show you the plan that has been designed especially for you. Memberships are 9.99-12.99 a month with no start up fees or contracts. As member of our fitness area you can go through the whole routine as many times as you would like a month.
Equipment
Our fitness area is designed for safe, effective exercise for all ages and fitness levels including low-tech therapy bands, exercise balls and hydraulic fitness equipment. When working with our machines it works every major muscle group. Strength training raises the metabolism and helps to build strong bones.

Circuit training actually burns more calories than regular workouts. We combine a warm up, strength training, a cool down and stretches. A one on one session is included with a staff member on your first visit to help you become familiar with different ways you may benefit using The Mantonya Fitness Area.

Difference in Exercises
The team of doctors at The Mantonya Fitness Area understand the body from many different advantage points. By looking at what is best for you the doctors can see if you may need a strengthening program first before moving into a weight loss program. They will help with a plan to strengthen the back and back muscles so that you can prevent back injuries and that your adjustments will hold longer.
